The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), now replaced by the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) (effective July 1, 2020), facilitates easier temporary entry of business persons between Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
Under CUSMA, eligible citizens of the U.S. and Mexico can enter Canada without requiring a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), streamlining the process for certain work-related purposes. The program encourages economic cooperation while maintaining immigration integrity.Work Without LMIA
